A journey driven by curiosity, growth, and continuous learning

My journey into SAP did not begin with technology.
It began on the business side.

After completing my degree in Business Management, I spent nearly a decade working across various supply chain roles — including procurement, sourcing, warehousing, logistics, and import/export operations. These roles gave me first-hand exposure to how businesses truly operate: how procurement decisions are made, how suppliers are managed, how materials move, and how day-to-day decisions affect the entire supply chain.

My desire to grow further never stopped.

I often found myself in conversations with colleagues and senior professionals about SAP — fascinated by the value it brings to organizations and the way it connects business processes end to end. At that time, I had no idea that the company I was working for would soon embark on its own SAP journey.

Then, unexpectedly, everything changed.

One day, I started hearing conversations around the office about an upcoming SAP implementation. What felt like a passing update soon became a defining moment in my career. Not long after, my manager called me into his office and shared the news — “I had been selected to be part of the SAP implementation team”.

That moment marked my entry into SAP.

I still remember the excitement clearly. I couldn’t wait to work alongside the SAP team and be part of a transformation that would reshape how the business operated. As the project progressed, I immersed myself in learning — understanding existing business processes in depth, attending SAP trainings, working closely with stakeholders, and gradually supporting others through this change.

With a strong foundation in business processes and hands-on exposure to SAP, my learning accelerated quickly. Every day truly felt like “a school day.” The more time I spent listening to business users, solving issues, and supporting operations, the more confident and capable I became.

Learning SAP was no longer just about the system — it became about connecting business needs with practical solutions.

Over time, this journey opened doors to new SAP projects, new challenges, and continuous learning opportunities.

For the past 7 years, I have been working continuously within the SAP ecosystem, gaining hands-on experience, deepening my understanding, and growing professionally with each new engagement.

I have had the privilege of mentoring junior colleagues, supporting teams through change, and expanding my SAP knowledge through real-world projects.

Looking back, SAP has been more than a career move for me — it has been a platform for continuous growth. I continue to enjoy learning, contributing, and evolving within the SAP ecosystem, driven by the belief that every day brings a new opportunity to learn and improve.
